A graduate of Xavier University of Louisiana, Denise began her career in education, serving as a special education teacher across Jefferson, St. Tammany, and St. Charles Parishes before transitioning into executive leadership. She later served as Chief Operating Officer for SEPSA and Integrity Financial Business & Corporate Services, where she oversaw operations, HR strategy, and business compliance. At Creativity Justified, Denise leads all human resources functions with a people-first approach — fostering growth, inclusion, and alignment between talent and purpose.
