What is monthly RMS™ Points?
A point is a fixed unit of value. 1 point is equal to 1 hour.
A point is calculated based on current efficiencies and deliverables. The goal is to make sure the agency is delivering at least as much value as the current ‘hourly” efficiency rates.
What is the RMS™ Client Dashboard?
Our RMS™ Client Dashboard is an online, cloud-based, management tool for our clients to submit marketing requests, view reports and send messages to your assigned account manager and assigned designers/strategists.
What do I receive on the bi-weekly activity and KPI reports?
An email recap of the two previous week’s marketing activities and performance notes, as well as a snapshot of planned activities for the following two weeks.
Do client calls and meetings deduct from my RMS points?
All emails related to campaign services are included at no additional cost. In other words, there’s no billable hour meter running so points allocated per package are geared towards tactical and deliverable work. All clients are provided one, unbilled, performance review session per month at one hour or less. All additional calls are charged at 1 RMS credit per one-hour meeting.
Will I have a dedicated account manager?
Your account team is supplemented by a Senior Strategist (selected based on your marketing tactics) and an Account Coordinator (your day-to-day go to POC). This team-based approach to service delivery ensures multiple points of contact for our clients and the assurance that one of the most senior members of the agency is providing counsel and overall leadership of the project.
In addition, as the needs of the client dictate, we bolster our team by turning to a small number of carefully selected partners who provide services and expertise complementary to ours. We choose our partners carefully and work with them consistently to ensure a seamless experience for our clients.
What does access and reporting look like?
As a client, you have the right to immediate access to the members of our team and we work hard to ensure we deliver. Clients can contact us directly using email and business phone.
Rather than implementing basic email, we utilize a more robust campaign management center via Basecamp and ManyRequests which centralizes all requests, conversations, approvals, tasks, activities and responsible parties. Client can access Basecamp and ManyRequests 24/7.
