What type of project can I request?
We are a full service graphic design company, so as long as you can explain or show your ideas, we can do it! From a single flyer to a magazine layout or video editing, if the project is in your plan scope of work, all you need to do is submit a request and we will jump right on it.
After the project is done, who owns the design?
The creative work is yours, you paid for it and it was customized for your brand and needs. We just reserve the right to publish it in our portfolio if we wish to do so.
Is it really unlimited?
You can open as many projects as you want, and we will work on the requests in your queue every business day. We are humans so we can only work one project at a time. After you approve and finalize the project we will work on the next project in your queue. We don’t charge you per hour or per project. You are billed a flat monthly rate regardless of how many projects you request.
How many revisions can I make?
Revisions are also unlimited, so you get as many revisions as you need! But each revision is a “new project” so the next project in your queue will have to wait until you approve the current project we are working on.
I don't like this version, what happens now?
You can ask for a revision. To minimize the number or revisions, try giving as much information (examples, colors, shapes, images, etc) you can to our designer, so we can understand your idea, what you have in mind for the project. Just keep in mind we may not get it right on the first shot, but if we still can’t get it right after multiple attempts, we will reassign your project to another designer, whose style may be better align with your ideas.
Am I locked into a long-term contract?
Not at all, you are enrolled on a month to month membership and can cancel anytime – hassle-free, just give us a 30-day notice.
